That is not your final point. The most common one to be missing is the one inside The chantry of secrets. Southsun does not count for world completion.

I believe there was a new one added to Divinity’s Reach not long ago. Have you checked all the cities, as well?

There were a couple of a PoI added by various updates. It could be any of those depending on when and what order you did the maps.
