For starters, I’ve been getting some pretty bad lag and disconnects ever since the update. Additionally, forming parties becomes dysfunctional. I can’t invite people because they’re in parties, when they’re actually not in a party. There are also times when I can’t whisper friends for being offline, when they’re actually online.

I just ran into a sound bug that never happened before. I had just finished fighting the Claw of Jormag. I used a waypoint to LA and then all sound cut off and I got this strange alarm type noise that would repeat over and over.

Agreed. Since the latest update, I’ve had intermittent serious lag when using skills on my thief toon. The buttons pulse and the toon and mob just stand there, then suddenly one of us is dead. Rarely, it totally crashes the game to the load screen. Lag has not been a problem for me and I have been playing virtually daily since launch. I’m on Tarnished Coast.

The sound bug has been around for a while, and is mentioned in other threads (you may not have found them, this usually happens to folks in WvW).

Try setting the quality of your sound in options 1 notch down from “Highest”.
