When ever the game client is closed then i reopen it, It always downloads 10 mb worth as if there is a new build constantly(the 1st splash with no buttons). can do this 10 times over and over again and it is still doing it.
Happened since Escape from lions arch patch.

Well they have been patching left and right due to fixing a lot of bugs, but it shouldn’t happen every time

You need to load the launcher from a login that has administrator rights. Somehow patching from a login that doesn’t, means the patch gets downloaded every time you play. Don’t know why, but using an administrator login is the workaround.

Ta! either running as admin or disabling UAC makes it vanish.
