The launcher is flashing in and out when scrolling through the announcements ( after logging in and before hitting play) (bugged DX bug since last update?)

I am running Win 7 HE and have DX11. I had last updated my vid driver just before early access began and have not since ((ATI Radeon HD 5570 1 gig ddr3) 4 gigs ddr2 and AMD phenom II X2 555 proc. (dual ~ 3.2ghz). I am not sure what other info could be needed in order to replicate the bug or if it is more of a generalized issue.

It had not done this previous last nights update. The entire launcher will flash out then back in while scrolling with the mouse wheel or by dragging the scroll bar.

I’m having this problem too. Strange.

I tried it again just now. It is working fine atm
