Guild Wars 2

I generally set Guild Wars 2 to remember my password and auto-play since I’m the only one who uses my computer, let alone plays Guild Wars 2 on it. Since getting around that problem with the Launcher freezing after the feature pack, the launcher doesn’t seem to notice that the “Remember Password” boss is checked. Is there anything I can do to fix this on my end, or is this a bug that needs to be patched?

Same thing with my account and my wife’s account. Just started after the big update on Sept. 9th I think it was.

The password IS remembered, but it’s not displayed (just try clicking on login).
The actual problem is that the autologin feature does not work anymore for a lot (all?) people, so you have to press “Login” by yourself.

Right, for me the password is remembered but it no longer auto-logs.

This topic is the top Google result for this problem. I confirm the above information is true, the password field appears empty but clicking Login without typing works.

And there’s no response from Anet on this or anybody else? My password is almost 30 symbols long (yes, my account was hacked once) and I’d prefer not to type it in every time I play.

No one has posted about this issue in a long time. Are you sure the launcher is not saving your password? There will be no indication it is saved.
