There is a way to obtain 10 extra laurels if u do monthly pvp after monthly pve if u finish pve before razing patch.
This bug/exploit reward ppl who dont play pvp, and punish ppl who play and know how to do this.
Im very dedicated player, paly every day for laurels, and 10 extra laurels for ppl who dont play is so unfair.
U make mistake ANet, well happens, but u planning to do something about it? I consider to stop playing (I know u dont give a ****) if i dont recive my extra 10 laurels or u dont take them back. Its so huge advantage to everybody who dont play this game.

I wouldn’t call it a huge advantage, because the ascended gear isn’t a huge stat increase to begin with, assuming you were buying that. It certainly puts those people ahead 10 days worth of dailies, which is a bit unfair, but hardly something to up and quit the game over.

At this point if you are as dedicated as you say, you should have earned around 80ish laurels, and can afford an ascended neck/accessory item. You should also be very close on commendations to get an additional accessory. Assuming you got your rings already from fractals like an intelligent person.

Will they go in and retroactively take those 10 away? No, and they can’t if they have been spent on something. This is really not different than the people able to re-do PVE dailies on patch day for 1 extra laurel, except that it is 10 times worse.

Could they go back and try to figure out who did the dalies before and after the patch and retroactively reward people… but it is quite a bit easier just to let it go, and people like you who are admittedly in love with the game will get over it and keep playing.
