Following the December 1 patch, I no longer receive any speed boost in cities granted by the Leader of the Pact III buff granted by the Advanced Logistics mastery. I am unsure if Leader of the Pact I and II are suffering the same bug.

Agreed. The buff is on my bar and the “speed lines” animation are there but the actual speed increase is completely gone. Easily tested by applying swiftness which does actually give you a speed increase.

Ran some tests (literally) and found the same thing. Others in map chap reported the same issue, so it does not seem to be limited to a few players but a general phenomenon. LotP III does nothing but add graphic effects.

Confirmed, I have max Pact Mastery ,and it shows effects, but no speed boost ,have heard others also mention this bug after todays update on 12/1/15.

I am experiencing the same issue. The icon appears along with my other active effects, and I have the “speed lines” on my feet. Despite this, I move at base movement speed.

I submitted a ticket and was told to submit an in-game bug report, which I’ve also done. For what it’s worth, I also posted about this issue very shortly after the patch, but it seems to have been buried on page three. That topic could be merged with this one.

Hopefully this gets ironed out in the not-too-distant future.

Confirmed. I started up the game with my thief and the Signet of Shadows (+25% movement speed) active in Lion’s Arch. Deactivating Signet of Shadows saw my character slow down to base movement speed instead of keeping sped up like it should have with Pact III.

Would like to see this fixed very quickly.

Confirming as well. Since this patch I have tested multiple days and the Leader of the Pact III effect is not working as intended. The icon appears to show the effect is active and the speed boost visual effect also appears but the movement speed increase is not working.

I just ran a test myself. It appears that you get the initial 33% Swiftness buff at a 10 second duration but the boon falls off instead of refreshing itself like the icon appears to be doing. I noticed this when I teleported to my home instance, since it was almost instant. If it takes you longer than 10 seconds to load into the city in question, it easily appears as if this mastery simply doesn’t take effect at all.

I compared two accounts running to the same spot, one with the ‘buff’ and one without. They ran at the same speed.

Just a bump for this, reported it in game as well. Pact commander still doesn’t work.

I get the boost in my DR home instance, but everywhere else I completely lose it.

Still waiting on a fix.
