Guild Wars 2

I have 20314 achievement points on my account and were at rank 134 in the EU leaderboards before the patch. After the new patch, the leaderboards told me, i would only have 10029 achievement points. 10k are missing. Bug?

Evidently, yes. Some people lost thousands of points, and some people gained thousands of points.

I would give it a day or two to settle down after the patch.
