There is no interact with the runestone at Leaning Grade in order to leave bloodstone dust. I have tried mapping out and logging out but no luck.

I also have this bug. I was able to do all of the other collection items but not the bloodstone tribute and Leaning Grade.

Try climbing up on the Runestone a bit. Worked for my guildie, yesterday.

I’ve done that. It let’s me select interaction, it even let me interact and get the second collection that is satisfied there. It just never let’s me interact and leave the tribute. But thanks for the suggestion.

Oh, is there more than one Bloodstone Dust interaction? I wasn’t aware. My guildie just did a Bloodstone Dust one. Sorry.

Have you tried -repairing the client, in case of corrupted file(s)?

Yes, I have tried repairing. Hopefully ArenaNet will respond to my in-game bug report.
