If you are using 2 weapons ( IE, axe/warhorn, dagger/dagger etc )
When you set the preview to Wielded it will only use 1 weapon ( the primary one ) the offhand will stay, this causes clipping issues etc,
I was able to replicate this glitch on both my Druid and Necro.
