About Bolt I: The Experimental Sword and Explorer Loana in Cursed Shore: we were able to get it working, but I’m not sure why/how. The only difference was she died during the Risen King fight (we did not res her). After the Risen King died, she was automatically resurrected and the timed defense event took place. She was able as a merchant after that and we finished our collection for the first tier.

Hope that helps… maybe somebody can replicate it and see if it works.

It’s hard to do that with 20 piece of kitten saying bs and killing the boss before he kill’s her

We just let her die after the server reset, killed the risen king. She respawned, and still cannot talk with her, so that didn’t work. And the next events didn’t start.

And to note, the event still didn’t fail, it completed even though she died then no event after.

@Anet, Please fix the Modniir collection item asap. The first thing I wanted to do after get ting HoT, was to make a Twilight. Now, I’m waiting at collection lvl 1. This is turned into some bad joke.

Maybe they didn’t finish Twilight Vol. 2 so they don’t want fix

I’m starting to wonder if it’s not ready yet. It’s sure easy to put loads of pay content on Gem store yet when it comes time to something already paid for POOR service!

Modniir item for Twilight, collection 1, still bugged respectively dropping the wrong item.
If you can’t fix then change it or mail it to us or just delete that one item from the list, autofill it, whatever – but do SOMETHING so we can continue.
There are more options than one to resolving this for now.

Considering that I am playing this since the start, dropped loads and loads of stuff into the forge, never got a drop or forge luck in 8k+ hours of gaming time……zero precursors whereas others had several, then you give all of us unlucky ones the hunt and now you cannot fix a single item?

Just got Overlord’s Defeat for killing Ulgoth. Not even in the same map.

I got the same thing. So I thought maybe the items were just mixed up, I killed Harathi Overlord but got nothing.

Has anyone actually completed any precursor through questing yet?

Our instance just did the quest for Loana but again she bugged out we couldn’t buy anything from her? Did your instance talk to her a lot as soon as the Risen King died? Do you still have the instance open now for me to hop in?

my instance got to the 3rd event, the defense event, that had never happened before in days. she turned into a vendor right away, bought all items offered, she sadly disappeared within a minute, not even my guildies got a chance to get to her :S

Why would the recipe say it could be used on three different professions if it could only be made on artificer? ;-;

And no i didnt, because i dont have an artificer >.>

Any knew on whether or not we can drop another Jotun Star Fragment? The tooltip did said to combine them (but I thought that since it was a collection item, we just triggered the event to have them combined… from the collection track) but I sold them… Didn’t said anything about being 1 per account kind of item…

Our map managed to not bug Loana. Right after killing the Risen King NO ONE talk to her. She has a defense event where she looks for relics for about 2minutes30seconds. After that you have a bout one minute to buy stuff from her as a vendor before she vanishes.

Modniir’s Ruin is still bugged after the latest patch.

We did the two Fen events in Harathi yesterday and Elise never showed up at her gravestone. Is there something else we wait for to happen or is this a bug? (We did it right before that big patch last night that caused all the disconnections and network errors).

She appears in the first cave by the right, the first one he stops by. Are you sure you checked the right gravestone?

Might be bugged, the main/prereq events never pops up, I’ve been lurking around there for the past couple of hours the past couple of days and also I’ve tried to switch instances to refresh it, but nothing seems to work. Not even the quest (Defend Moogooloo quaggan villagers from krait) before the primary quest shows up….

Yeah, we followed him as he walked and he stopped there and spoke to her. She did not spawn. After about thirty seconds of waiting, finished following him to the other grave stones, just in case. Finished event and went back to the gravestone to wait… again, just in case. She still never showed.

Then we were forced to restart due to the patch and I could not get into the game for over an hour so figured I was out of luck then. Have yet to go back and try again.

Someone PM’d me in game and said to wait till he exits the cave so I will do that the next time I am in the area. I hope that is all that was needed.

Drottot Lashtail doesnt sell the recipe for Drottot’s Poached Devourer Eggs , even after clearing all the events.

I’m having the same issue. Spend most of my day camping this event, complete the event multiple times and Drottot still does not become a vendor to sell the recipe for Minstrel…

Well I’ll post here too: I’m working on Bifrost I and accidentally sold 2 star fragments needed to craft the Jotun Star.
I’ve killed 400 more Jotuns but fragments don’t seem to be dropping again, and here I am, unable to craft the Jotun Star.
Did it happen to someone else?

Explorer Loana is still bugging out for Bolt Vol. 1.

Twilight collection , there is just one bug on this collection vol1 … and this is modniir
the inquestur laboratory is working just hard to find a server where it does not failed
and the chest if the tower where the ore kitten starts is time based if somone killed the mob it need some time to refresh

hopfully they will fix all bugs at the legenary collections we all want our pre

Because some of the items can be crafted in several disciplines, like the Legendary Inscription. But the Staff head and shaft needs to be crafted by an artificer 450.
