I got the Letter of Commendation for a level 55(?) that gave 400 influence to your guild when used. I used it but I didn’t get the influence added to the guild, so pretty much a waste of 400 influence.
I got the scroll again for the level 80 quest reward except it adds 1000 influence. I’m wondering if it’s still bugged as I don’t want to waste another item because of bugged items.
