This isn’t necessarily a bug, but the suggested level for the Ranger quest “An Apple a Day” should really be raised into the 40s (with corresponding level appropriate rewards) if you are going to put it Bloodtide Coast, a zone rated for 45-55.

I had the exact same problem when I was going through the story, at the time I was a level 36 human necromancer. I found however, that going to the Harathi Hinterlands, which is ABOVE the field above Lions Arch, rated levels 35-45 worked marvelously. Great leveling IMO, and gets you materials and everything else. I know that it was quite the distraction from the story, but the area honestly isn’t that large.

Methinks that there should be SOME solution other than all players either having to craft their level up, or complete another zone. Not necessarily a BUG, but definitely a level gap!
