Guild Wars 2

So I came to WvW to replace my level 30 set of armor with a level 40 set. Starting buying upgrades for my new level 40 gear and there is a problem with the rings. For some reason they are listed with a level 27 requirement even though they have higher stats than the level 30 rings I just replaced. It’s preventing me from upgrading them with the appropriate level gear.

The level 32 rings have the stats of +16 power and +12 vitality.

The level 27 rings that should be level 40 have the stats of +23 power and +16 vitality.

It’s clearly an upgrade and the rights stats for a level 40 set of rings.

This was bought from the Karma Trader [Equipment Trader] in my server’s borderlands.
