Guild Wars 2

Playing my baby Warrior, and I hit 16, But, she reverted back to 15. I heard the ding and saw the flash, and her exp bar vanished, but it still read 15. No, its Not the Scale thingy.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I put a ticket in. Im afraid to play her, incase.
