I bought the Airship Essence and the Ley-line Crystal Essence yesterday and bought a Bag of shards and a large bag of obsidian shards. Now it is saying that I need to re-buy the essences and one of the bags have changed. Is it supposed to be bought everyday? If not was I refunded the parts I spent?

I can confirm, bought the Airship and Aurillium essence yesterday, but today all tabs except the first are blocked.

Yup, bugged for me too, bought the airship essence and now It’s saying i need to buy it again.

Same issue, all of the 3 tabs suffer from the same bug.

Yup, same here, I am going to submit a ticket as well as a bug report and see if I get any response.

Can confirm, unlocked tabs have been reset.

Bump, all three tabs are greyed out and the essences can again be bought at the vendors.

Same problem. When I bought the Exalted one it told me that it was a one time only purchase per account and was I sure I wanted to do it. The Itzel one didn’t give me this message, and I haven’t bought the other one because I haven’t gotten around to the Nuhoch mastery. After the bug I went back to the Exalted vendor to see if I still couldn’t purchase another, and in fact I can still purchase another. I do not however have any of my currencies back…

bump Made the <20 min achievment on DS today and tried out the Converter…..now it’s next day in server time and I’m a lil disappointed, because 125—>10 transfer quote is a bit….funny

I have same as issue as the rest. Bought the Airship and Aurilliam Essence yesterday. Both reset today. I had to buy both again today sadly. I bet it will reset tomorrow.

Yep getting the same issue. I’m leaving it for now as it’s just not worth buying the stuff every day…

I bought the AB one and this happened to me too.

Bump this happened to me this morning. Sick of small issues like this not being fixed, I don’t wanna waste my currencies… :L

I encountered this bug about a week ago as well. I’ve been hesitant against wasting more resources to check if it’s been fixed. Seems like it hasn’t.

Bump its happening to me to as of today!

Just encountered this myself, definitely still occurring.

Yeaah just noticed this, unlocked them all yesterday, today they are all locked. I sure hope it’s a bug and not ment to work like this.

I just came across this bug as well, or is it working as intended and the words “unlock” are just misleading?

I got it yesterday and bought all the essences.

Then tried it today to find it locked as well.

Can’t say I’m surprised at all that it’s bugged and ANet will more than likely NOT refund people who wasted resources on those unlocks.

Same here.. Though I had a nice item with 4 options (bought all 3 additional options), but next day only have first tab unlocked.

Same isssue, i got my converter yesterday.

I bought the airship essence.

And today, airship tab is locked.

Posted a ticket for support:

Bad news:

“Unfortunately when it comes to this situation we are unable to reinstate the access but can be gained back through the purchase of the item.”

And before that:

“Purchases with this currency are seldom refundable, and in this case we are not able to provide a refund of your purchase. I am sorry that we could not fulfill you request in this situation, but please let us know if you have any other questions we can address”

So….. no refund or retrospective unlock.

Really disappointing support yet again.

Hmm so it’s a bug after all.

Anyway, Anet has other stuff to fix. I understand that this little bug is not a priority right now.
