Guild Wars 2

So, I recently decided to start crafting my own mawdrey, I’ve basically got all the pieces for all the three steps (lots of gold investwed too), problem is: I’ve got Ley Line Infused Stone, I go to the bottom of the Wreckage of the Breachmaker, and it doesn’t let me interact, I tried clicking the item an going all the way around up and down, closing the game, logging out: nothing happens, any help please?
