If I use any cooldown reset while in Lich Form and then leave it prematurely by using skill 0 it is recast immediately. This wasn’t the case until a few weeks ago.

Why would I auto-repeat an elite skill? Of course I don’t, I press ESC and it stops. And it only happens in case of manual cancelling, no recast if it naturally expires.
