alright I should update this to apparently ANYTHING that changes your form will crash you when you have the hero panel up
I tested with an endless Halloween tonic a friend tested with endless tree

Just logged into my Necro to test, confirmed.

Easy repro indeed…

getting in a asuran power suit with the hero panel up … crashes

It’s like Death Shroud, it’s not technichally a transformation as you continue to use the same model.

Confirmed for me. My friend tried too but he did not crash. I have nVidia graphics, he has ATI…
Had him try again, crashed.

Elementalist + Tornado = crashed.

Asura Necro + Hero Panel open + Powersuit conjure + bording it = Crash

Human Guardian Heropanel Melandru = Crash

Human Elemental – Heropanel – Tornado also confirmed as a crash.

Correct. It’s the only legit way to play as a Necro or Ele.

wow, yet another weird/random, but game-wide bug introduced with this patch. what is even happening?

I would but I’m at work but I have texted a friend to see if he can. Else Ill do it when I get home in 2 hours (hopefully someone can beat me to it tho.)

but I wonder with as simple as it is to repro can’t you guys do it?

Fair enough, but like I said I’m at work and my friend is not answering his text so hopefully someone else can.

and now I have a new question I am going to be upgrading my computer in January Can I get the specs on the machines you guys test with? As if they are resistant to this bug that may be the direction I wish to go with my upgrade.

Graphics are set to best performance except sampling is set to native and best textures ( the top check box) is checked.
1440×900 screen resolution

also note it will not crash if you transform THEN open hero panel

…and now Im home came first thing to my computer …. it no longer crashes
