Now I’ve read up as much as I can on this, unfortunately all posts I can find are over a year old and don’t help at all.

My toon is (actually all of them are) currently stuck on 391,492/500,000. I have tried changing maps, logging out, dying (on all of my toons) to try and reset it however nothing works and the counter won’t move.

Does anyone have a fix so I can reset it and gain the title please

This achievement always resets whenever you leave a zone, die, or switch characters. That number will never reset to 0, however, because that’s the highest amount of xp you’ve earned on one character in any one zone at a single time. Basically, you need to earn all 500,000 in one sitting, in one zone, on one character to complete this achievement. There are a few other threads in the bugs section regarding this achievement.

That’s the thing, it won’t reset, it won’t move forward

391k is the actual maximum xp you earned without dying.
Since you logged out, it did reset. So for you to move forward those 391k, you first have to earn 391k xp without dying and without knowledge of where you are at.

Yeah, basically what Anen said. It will only move forward once you accumulate 391,493xp without changing characters, logging out, changing zones, or dying.

Ah thanks, one would think it would be more sensible for the counter to reset to the start of the tier….Thanks for the clarification

Craft 2 levels in LA when you are at 80 might work. I got mine a long time ago so I’m not sure.

As others have suggested, this achievement is easiest to get at level 80, since your experience gained scales with your level. For example, two Tomes of Knowledge should earn an L80 toon just over 500,000 xp (but only about 63,000 xp for an L40 toon). Similarly, working on map completion in a lower level zone should grant you the title after 30-40 minutes, while reducing your risk of death.
