It seems like at night, there is a dark blue color that washes over the feathers of the skin. I put my dyes up just to show that I have no blue on the armor.

Edit: I also added an image of me standing next to a female norn wearing the same armor, we’re both using matte as the dye for the feathers but obviously mine isn’t being lit properly.

The ring of feathers that are blue tinted seem to be on the chest armor, not on the shoulder armor. You have matte dye on the shoulder armor, but you seem to be using your bottom left rare dye (maybe the one listed in the middle in your favorites as well) on the feathers of the chest. Or are you using the far right Uncommon dye that looks to be Blue Ice Dye. That would cause the blue tint.

Have you tried dying it yellow to see if you are presented with a green color? (y+b=g)
Have you also gone to a different location/zone to see if the color is still blue tinted there as well?

I actually have tried dying it pure red, and I get a purple-ish color. The feathers are colored by the bottom right dye of the chest, by the way. It seems to only happen in lion’s arch at night, doesn’t seem to show up in other areas, at least not in the day. No matter what dyes I used, it always had the blue tint. I even tried taking off all my armor but the chest and still it remained.
