Hello. Note – I already sent a ticket to this issue to support but thought of the solution provided to be unsatisfying, therefore im placing this in forums Bug Section.

Problem: 10-07-2013 14:00 – 14:55 during this time i was finishing my last Sanctum Sprint achievement Crowd Favorite. After i got it i went to the bank in bazaar area to get my quartz from it. Next i waypointed to Scaver Waypoint in queensdale from where i move to Place of Power skillpoint ( The one in place of defeated Earth Elemental from Human starting zone ) chose to create Charged Quartz in dialouge and created it, BUT it did not count towards the Like Clockwork achievment. You can see on the screenshot in attachments gw023.jpg that i have 2 charged quartz deposited in my bank and yet only 1/8 in achievement progress. The support final answer was that they can’t do anything about it and that i should redo the achievement. Of course i would be more than happy to do that, but i can’t.
1. You can only creat one Charged Quartz per day.
2. I assume you will no longer be able to get this achievment when new content goes up on 16 July, which means that i would no longer be able to complete this achievement as i would need to have one Charged Quartz per day starting from Bazaar release and counting towards achievement. As current things stand, by 16 July i will have 7/8 in Like Clockwork achievement progress.
3. If you can still get this achievement after 16th July release then no problem i can get it by creating my daily quartz and let this topic server as information. If not >Point 2.
11-07-2013 02:00-02:06 i logged into the game with quartz i already prepared earlier in my inventory to create my third Charged Quartz in the same place as first and second. ( I created all the Charged Quartz at the Earth Elemental Place of Power in Queensdale) This time it did count towards the Like Clockwork achievement. Now i have 3 Charged Quartz while having only 2/8 achievement progress. As seen on the screenshots:

Conclusion: I would be very sad to not have this achievement, considering i have all the other achievements from Bazaar and Have actually created Charged Quartz everyday legitimately. Therefore i would like to request a fix/solution to this situation being either an actual fix to mine and possibly others Quartz count in the achievement or the information about the possibility of getting it by making Charged Quartz everyday even a few days after 16th July Release.
