Everytime i preview the vendor’s all i see is the same pirate gear for every vendor is it just bugged for me or something? and is anybody else having the same problem??

I’m curious about this as well tho I’m not sure what you meant by “pirate gear”? If you noticed, only the exotic versions of these gear will have different looks. I have a feeling this is intentional.

So you can have the Twilight Arbor’s set of armour with much better stats than your Ascalonian Catacombs’ set but they will look exactly the same unless you purchase the exotic version of it.

So could anyone confirm if this is intentional or a bug?

i think OP just didnt notice the 2nd tab on the dungeon vendors. there is a tab for rares(which is the pirate stuff) and then there is a tab for exotics
