I just returned back to GW2 after a break, I decided to do some map completions and today I finished Lion’s Arch, but I did not receive anything.

Is this intended?

There was a POI added to Lion’s Arch, if you have previously completed the map and received a reward, you won’t get a second reward when it is finished again.
