When you list an expensive item, it charges you (15%?) of the total item’s sell value right, and thats before the item is ever sold?

It pulls that % out of your account’s money pool immediately.

If you pull that item out of trade, say if you want to reprice it, or perhaps you accidentally listed the wrong price, Shouldn’t you be reimbursed for the list price when you pull it back out of trade before it gets purchased?

It only seems fair to me, that you should get that list charge amount back if you pull that item back out of trade.

You are wrong. Listing price is 5%, the other 10% is taken away after selling the item. And you obviously will not get it back when you take the item off the auction house, that’s why it is called LISTING price. You did list the item so you do pay for it.
