Hi! Some days ago I noticed the living world story was broken. My friend that has done it says that I should report on the forum.

Yes, the particular anomaly has been reported a few times. If you zoom out your map, you should find the green star where you should be going (Silverwastes?), instead of trying to use the ‘missing’ portal (green swirl).
