Guild Wars 2

I load up the game into character select, but because i got disconnected while loading into the current Lions Arch Living Story Overflow it is failing to load me into the game or lions arch on any character. and i am unable to play 2 of my character because of it.

It just sits at the loading screen for 3-mins and then brings up a report bug to Arena net window, which fails to do anything every time i have reported the bug. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed guild Wars 2 and restarted me computer multiple times to no avail.

I am having the same problem on one of my characters. Trying to load into gendarran fields and just hangs there for a few mins then gives error code 7.11.3.191.101. All other characters load fine in other areas??
