On the Gate of Madness Server, I was going through the Bloodtide Coast and found dozens of healing turrets scattered about. I do not know if this was the result of hacking or just a bug. I did not create them, I only found them.
I saw the same thing on Gandara, in pretty much the exact same place, it was really weird. I might be some glitched npc there going about a rampage with these turrets that never seem to expire.
