For the past two days, I have been unable to collect the day 14 and day 15 log-in rewards. Double clicking them does nothing, so I have these two chest notifications on my screen and nothing I do seems to help. Please advise.

Make sure you collect the Reward Chests on the character that initially logged in. They are character-bound.

You can try a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s). Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Search – Repair’.

If you continue to have issue, you can contact the CS Team via the same link and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.

what if the log in character may have been one that I deleted? None of my current characters can claim it.

If the character was deleted, you will have to ask for assistance from the CS Team.
