Does the Daily Log-in Reward (wiggly) Chest not appear in the lower right-hand corner? Does the panel indicating which log-in day, and offering options for Dailies not appear?
Is it a paid account? Are you sure it has been 14 days, as some features are locked for some time?
You can try a -repair of the client (instructions found via the ‘Support’ link and ‘Search – Repair), and/or contact the CS Team via the ’Support’ link and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

Ahh. Yes, only paid account can receive the Daily Log-in Rewards. And, as noted above, some features have a cool-down period after paid account activation.
