Guild Wars 2

Tried to waypoint into Sparkfly Glen for TEQ encounter and stuck in load up screen for 5 minutes. Wait, now client lost connection (Code=7:0:0:784:101).

I am having this same problem, but for me it is going from the Character Select screen to the area (in this case, Southsun Cove). I’m not sure what is going on. I have yet to try with other characters, but I have relogged a few times.

There i was thinking that i was alone, but sadly i am having the same problem with the Marshalling the Truth quest. I sent a message to Support, hopefully they get back soon

not sure if it counts as story mission, but Arah story is experiencing the same thing

So, a way around this, I just discovered, is to guest into a different realm and try logging in on the stuck character. I just guested to a low pop server (my main is Maw of Madness), and I was able to log in. I teleported to Lions Arch, returned to my main server, and it worked fine.

Southsun cove is broken right now, ported in southsun and stuck on the loading screen. Even when I restart the client it still stuck.

I am also having this issue. I can’t get into my storyline quest (The first part of Retribution). I tried guesting, but it hasn’t worked yet (I am guessing because mine is an instance instead of an actual map area).

Seem to be having the same issue with Black Citadel on Desolation. Had to guest to another server to get out.

Same problem. Can’t get into the 2nd half of my quest “Temple of the Forgotten God” to finish it up. Just get infinite loading screen trying to go into Caer Aval. Guesting did not help this.

I can’t log into my character because i just get stuck on loading screen in Heart of the Mists. (Server Augury Rock)

Having the same issue trying to load a personal story. Error Message is for Code 7:0:0:784:101.

Same problem here (Riverside) I’m stuck on the loadingscreen trying to enter Rata Sum.

restarted the game, my pc and switched off my virus scanner
(sorry for my poor english -.-)

So I’m new to Guild Wars 2, does this sort of thing happen frequently or am I just unlucky to have this happen the day I join?

Personal record of loading into LA (not on an event day, just a normal day) is 7 minutes…

I have a bad computer… :-(

Usually loading into LA will take me anywhere from a minute to 2 minutes though.
