EDIT: There wasn’t any issues with receiving personal story items or bags of loot. It turned out that I had an inventory bag(in which the items in question where being places) was minimized. I was tired and annoyed with RL issues last night to notice it. Sorry for any trouble.

Thanks for letting everyone know what happened. (Hope your RL issues stop interfering with important stuff, like playing GW2 ;-) ).
