I’m not sure if this is a bug or it was intentional, but i just bought 5 inv shared slots to store all my keys in it, so i wont have them all scattered around characters, and have them all organized in one place.

The problem is the new keys you buy or the ones that are looted wont go to the shared inventory, I have to manual place them there, even the compact feature wont work, which is annoying because that was why i bought the shared inventories in the 1st place, to not worry about the keys anymore.

I think you must place anything you wish to share manually in the Shared Inventory Slots.

They act a bit like Invisible Bags, as Vendors and the Trading Post ignore any items in these slots, as does ‘Deposit All’ and ‘Compact’. Do items automatically stack in Invisible Bags? I’m not sure, as I’ve never put something stackable in an Invisible Bag.
