Once you spawn Lord Humphrey Faren with the scanner, he runs to corner and vannishes right away. no time to talk to him to get the memory tome.

You have to follow the NPC, he is to the left of the exit behind a pillar.

Same issue on Ehmry Bay; completed the quest twice with different characters, came back an hour later with a third and it’s glitched.

Lord spawns, runs to his corner, vanishes, the mysterious location spawns and can be clicked (causing the sparkle to vanish), but the Lord never shows back up.

This is happening to me right now. He runs behind the wall and disappears – I can’t get the item from him or talk to him. Whiteside Ridge.

Edit: I tried again after about a half hour, no dice. Still the same thing: he runs behind the wall and disappears.
