Recently as I’ve been doing my dungeon tour I’ve had instances where I get 2 dungeon tokens instead of the 20 tokens that we get on completion. Is this a glitch because I’m completing the dungeon too fast or some other reason?

It’s intended behavior, as part of Diminishing Returns . This includes offering a bonus reward 1x/day/path/account and reducing the regular rewards for repetition or rapid completion.
