If you reported in-game, that would be a ‘Bug Report’, and, as indicated on the Bug Report window, will garner no response.
If you did use the web-form, you can post your Ticket number in the Sticky in Account Support, ‘Tickets for Review’ after 72 hours with no response, but be sure to read the FAQ Sticky in the same sub-forum about ‘Not Getting our Emails’ first.
