Guild Wars 2

I bought the Pirate set of town clothes last year and used them on my Sylvari thief.

Today I removed them, banked them, and used them on a human thief, and the skill bar is blank.

Do I need to return them to the original character to use the skills?

The abilities come from the weapon. In this case, Pirate Toy Sword. Equiping other parts won’t give you any skills.

Ahh I missed that bit. Looks like the only bug is my brain!

The only Town clothing item that has Costume Brawl skills are the Boxing Gloves. All other costume brawl skills are from toy items.
