Before maintence I had 2830+ achievement points, when I logged in I had 2788 or something.

I had to do daily and finish my monthly to get back up to 2800+.
Please add my removed achievement points I had back (not sure of the total amount, but I had 2830+ minimum)
And I don’t want to lose my daily/monthly either.

my achivement has been decreased as well (around 100 points)

Noticed several slayer and weapon master skills has been reduced by one point
and many others like gold keeping in bank title etc.

Same here.

Loads of the Slayer achievements have been changed I have 999/1000 on loads of them….same with the weapon master, 4999/5000.

Many of the previously maxed achievements lost one point, for example some of my slayer’s which were 1000 kills became 999 kills.
I assume this was just a maintenance bug.

The better question here is how did they mess up a routine maintenance in such a way that people lost achievements

I’ve just submitted a ticket myself about this issue (#130213-000950). I noticed I was missing about 100 points after this patch. Before I logged out last night, I hit the 5k mark (about 5,020+ and was quite happy about it).

After checking my achievements to see what could be wrong (or to check if Anet removed any meta achievements), I found that I was missing the points for the “Pumpkin Carving” achievement. However, I still have my “Master Carver” title — which is odd. Here’s a screenshot:

Dunno about the slayer…. but recently I noticed that mine pumpkin carver shows 0/xx done, while I did it on Halloween and as a proof I still have mine " Master carver" title

I confirm this, same thing happen to me.

I’ve just noticed this issue as well. Not sure if I’ve lost achievement points as I can’t remember exactly what the total was but have lost one point on lifetime survivor (so now 499999) and some of my slayers there may be others, I haven’t check through everything.

This is poor. VERY poor. Please fix!

I’ve also lost a fair amount of Achieve points – Slayer, Weapon, Lifetime Survior, ALL teirs of Pumpkin Carver (still have title).

Please fix this.

Yeah everyone got a -1 on slayers which removes ATLEAST 100 achievement points if you had over 2.5k before.

Lost almost 200 achievement points. These are the things I noticed got affected:

All Slayer, Weapon Master, All You Can Eat, Miniature Collector(!), Gold Hoarder. Pumpkin Carver was already lost a few weeks back. I really hope they fix these. Slayer and weapon master ones are easy to get back, but Gold Hoarder and especially Miniature Collector. I worked so hard to get them.

After the patch today I noticed I am more than 100+ points less on my achievement points. What really concerns me is this is not the first time it has happened to me after a patch. I believe 3 other patches have done the same thing in the past. So I wanted to raise a red flag and ask:

Why does this happen?
Is there anyway to have the lost achievement points restored for just this last patch?

The problem I see is there is no way to know for sure when you hit the launch button for the game if a patch is present or not, so I would like to ask this:

From here forward is it possible when a patch is present to add some new code to abate the patch temporarily with a popup box, so we can login and take a screenshot of our stats for verification purposes?

Some of them are easy to recapture but golden/lifetime survivor/master carver should be automatically set upwards to fix this problem.

Right now I’m not interested in getting lifetime survivor again if anet won’t fix it. Hell, 499999/500000 will be more impressive in a year’s time if they don’t :P

Can i have please my 200g in bank, pumpkin achiev all slayer and weaponmaster points back?

How to hell they managed to the mess with achievement database field ?

Lost around 100-150 point aswell.

I’m more worried about someday they will manage to crash whole database not only achievements !

And after that we can fresh start to game since game is still on Alpha stage not even Beta !

I wasn’t mad until I noticed I lost Golden and Survivor achievements. They better fix this.

The Pumpkin Carver is still not fixed either.

I just noticed as I am playing some achievements are recompleting, even weapon usage ones, but, if as you have said some are seasonal achievements then there is no way to recover them until a year later when the season rolls around again. Plus, without having a picture of each category there is really no way to know what ones were completed and are not now.

And still no explanations from a.net…

Same things happened to me, Survivor, weapons and slayer. Noticed aswel that the 300k max hit is 1 less the food and drink… also the pumpkin carver has been broken for weeks now.

My 200g banked isnt affected but im a few hundred achievement points down for no reason ><

Nah call me old-timer or something else but it not my friend i’m not using ( like twitter, facebook, etc. ) and i don’t like them also .. I’m here at offical game forum. I don’t need anything else for communicate with developers and others.

I was in TA just now, without a Scepter equipped, and I just got Scepter Master back.

My team mates also got Ghost Buster while killing spiders.

ArenaNet…..I think Shiro is back.

The pumpkin carver is not trivial to regain, either. I would say it’s quite the opposite. And it has been since 28th patch… not only not being fixed, but getting a ton of new achievements lost! Great job…

Storymode CoE makes it very easy to obtain when you’re following Mr Sparkles through that radiation-y area with the special gun things. Don’t look at me like that, was ages ago, I don’t really remember it. If there are other places to get it easily though it would be handy to know.

Lost 100 achievement poin and point for pumpkin carver

I have lost 180 points in total.
30 Slayer achievements have gone from 1000 to 999, losing 150 total points,
3 weapon master have gone from 5000 to 4999, losing 15 points.
All you can Eat has gone from 800 to 799, losing 10 points
Lifetime survivor has gone from 500,000 to 499,999 losing 5 points.

thats 180 points I have lost from my achievement point total.

Most of these is not much of a hassle to get that extra 1 to complete again. But to get Lifetime Survivor from scratch again a bit of a pain.

Same problem weapon master achievements reset to 4999/5000 and monster slayers 999/1000. Also the Pumpkin Carving still isn’t fixed. I don’t mind the Weapon and monster ones since its just 1 more kill but the pumpkin carving is what gets me and i don’t what to wait till next October to get it again.

Hope they will fix this because this is not funny at all.
And for ANETs comment on tweeter : “We are aware of issues with the achievements. Especially for the lifetime survivor, which is not that trivial to regain as the others.^RD” I have no comment.

Before patch I was on 4195 points, now im on 4125 points, I have lost 70 points.

So far these I have found bugged / lost.

499,999/500,000 for survivor so I have to do it all over again???
All you can eat 799 serving’s…

The rest seem to be in slayers and weapon master..area..

999/1000 Rishen/zhaitan’s bane, I definetly had 1000+ risen killed…
Indiscrimanate Slayer 999/1000….
Bandit Slayer 999/1000…

fish, Devourer, dredge, elemental, ghost buster, inquest, nightmare slayer… 999/1000 for all of them lost aswell…

Thats what I found so far im looking at the others now.
Others say the same thing in map chats.
Also my pumpkin carving is gone since 3 patches ago….

When the kitten are they gonna make a live test server, I volunteer to help out.

I’m having the same problem as many have described here. I have lost about 200 points. Last time this happened I lost 600 points and they only restored 300. Why should I play my butt off to unlock achievements if Anet continue to screw them up.

I’ve lost all kinds of weapon mastery skills. and down 250 achievement points (roughly).. They may not ‘mean anything’ but I earned those points and thoroughly dislike losing them constantly.

I guess everyone are sufering the same problem with the achievement points i might lost around 250 @ 300

Lost a bunch of slayer points 3 weapon master points, GOLDEN, Lifetime survivor.

I just spent all my gold on an Infinite Light, have nowhere NEAR 200 gold anymore.

Will take me forever to get back up for that.

Not looking forward to lifetime survivor again either.

Also have same problem, my achievement points have been affected and i have no way to verify it now. All I know is lots of my slayers and weapon master achievements i had maxed are no longer maxed… this is hugely displeasing… we do need a response from Anet to give us some assurances this is even being looked at and that there will be a fix.
