Guild Wars 2

I am in a very small guild, just myself and two of my buddies. Last night I started the Architecture level one upgrade in order to eventually have a guild vault. It took the 500 influence points and it appeared as if the queue had started, queued for 16 hours of build time. I login today and the 500 influence points are still gone and theres no upgrade of architecture level 1 in the queue. Its only been 11 hours but shouldn’t it still appear in the queue? In the guild history it shows that I initiated the upgrade 11 hours ago. Is it going to show that it is complete after 16 hours and the guild queue is just bugged? If this has happened to anybody else please post here.

I had the same problem this moring, the server crashed and now its fine but my guild bank is not showing properly
