i think the problem can be tested by using banners in shared inventory and use them-.
i think thats how the things got messed up, by using consumabols in shared.

and to them who say it was in my bank, it was not. i used gw2 effi to search for it. like hard and hours . not there. i putted banners in bank as last item i put in bank and the contract apeared nxt to it.
