My friend sent me a letter with 6 key pieces in it and the letter never arrived, the letter was sent by ‘reply’ so it should have sent to the right person. I’m not gonna fuss about such a small loss but a bug deserves to be reported so that other’s don’t have it happen.

If your mailbox is full then new messages cannot arrive. If your box is full then try to delete a few player-sent messages to free up some space so the pending messages can be delivered.
