Guild Wars 2

After getting the skin from the chest at the end of the 2nd chest in the super adventure box, I was logged out because of some error and I couldn’t log back in for a while. After logging back in I lost the skin along with some bauble bubbles. Very upset and disappointed.

Its like they reset the servers back a cpl mins. Same thing happened to me but i was in FoTM and i claimed my reward got lucky with a ascended ring, i zoned to Lions Arch only to get dced. Couldnt log back in right away saying the server was down, I finally get in and lost all my rewards for finishing daily fotm-10

Contact support directly. Regardless of whether they can or cannot do something, they will need to look at your account directly, which requires you to create a ticket.
