Lost storyline quest
Do you remember the name of the story step? What level is your character? It’s possible that you’re too low of a level with the new chapter structure. (Every 10 levels it unlocks all the story steps in one storyline.)
Same issue here, i was doing “Temple of the Forgotten God (72)”. Right after the patch the quest disappeared from the quest log.
I forgot to specify that i’m currently level 79 on this character.

Sadly I do not remember the name but I believe it was a level 55 or 56 quest. My character is level 56 at the moment. Does this mean I get new quests at level 60 and lose the ones from level 55-60 or do I get those again?
My other characters also have no story line quests anymore (level 13 and 16).
Once you hit L60 it will unlock all of the quests for that storyline. No progress is lost. (So if you had already done some of the steps for that storyline, they’ll show as completed.) The two low level characters will unlock the next storyline at L20.
