Bug, the lunatic courtier is still walking around Lion’s Arch talking about the Mad King’s realm.

Noooooo!!! Don’t make them take the guy out! I love him! :O

If it is not a joke, I hope they make it into a joke

For awhile, I could hear him, but I couldn’t find him each time I entered the area he patrols. I thought it was an audio bug.

I did finally spot him, and followed him; I saw he disappeared at the end of his path. I then thought, maybe, he was purposely left in (since he is a ghost). Makes more sense to have the Lunatic Outfit, that way.
