Guild Wars 2

When hot was released i tried to upgrade my game via the luncher but failed. I then delete the entire game and tried to reinstall with the new luncher downloaded from the Guildwars2.com site.

It downloads for awhile then it crashes! It also deletes all downloaded data so you have to start from the beginning again.

Please help me as I really want to play this game.
