Guild Wars 2

i didn’t want to post this in the HoT thread because i feel like the mac client doesn’t get any attention. But any time there are large amounts of players on the screen, be it a meta event in the new maps, or a zerg in WvW, my client will crash. It’s made doing any of the large events in the new maps impossible and pretty much has made the new content unplayable.

computer specs:
Mid-1015 Retina Macbook pro
quad core 2.5ghz i7
16gigs ram
AMD Radeon R9 M370x graphics card
OSX el Capitan

Lots of crashing on my client, too, twice tonight. I just got this one:

“Coherent Host Crashed”

Prior to that I got:

“Heap, bytes=8389088”

I have an older Mac that’s been running fine up until the expansion:

iMac 11,1 – 27", Late 2009
2.8Ghz i7
8Gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB
OSX 10.11.1
