Backstory: I was initially late on the a round of mad king says after reset, November 1st. I only got to eleven(11) stacks of mad king’s favor (sadly, 1 short). Obviously, I only got two(2) keys as a result. Soon after,my 2nd round of mad king says and I got seven(7) stack’s of mad king’s favor which I did not mind because it clearly states on the buff description that you get a key fragment of every stack of four(4) but alas…I did not get my 3rd fragment. I was partially disappointed, but I still didn’t mind and went on…I have attended the 3rd one and got nothing still and by now attended my 4th one, 4:00:00 AM my time, I am sad and painfully exhausted to report that I still haven’t gotten my 3rd key fragment…despite having a perfect run </3 and instead of putting me in the mystic forge witch pot I got dc’ed instead. If you were disconnected before the event ended. Obviously you will have missed the reward. However, I do understand people who are having connection problems/game crashing etc etc. They did say they are working on it – it’s a common issue.

I hopped into a session late yesterday and got enough stacks for at least 2 keys (stopped paying attention after 8 stacks) but received 0 keys instead.

As it was the only time I was logged in at all, it was not an issue of having already received a reward that day.
