The system was removed with the April 15, 2014 Update. It was replaced with the Wardrobe System. Players can visit a Black Lion Trader (Armorsmith) in any major city to have their town clothes converted to items compatible with the new wardrobe.

Certain minis can still be in your bank in material collections. Try scrolling down to see if they are there. Nowadays unlocked minis appear in hero panel.

I still spent a lot of gems for the mad king outfit etc. At the end, I’m still at a lost even if I can convert the town cloth (starting clothes aka FREE) into something useful.

I already scroll, went thru my whole bank. I saw my other MINs but I lost a good sum of them. It’s disappointing… never going to buy any MINIs/OUTFITs/TOYs from the gem store again.

Your outfit is in the new Wardrobe. After you visit the BL trader armor smith, open your Hero Panel and then click on Outfits. Minis can also be accessed in the Hero Panel.

You probably aren’t missing anything per se, but they might not be where you expect. Cycle through each of your toons and use the inventory search for keyword “mini” to double check if you still have those. Take each toon to the black lion armor NPC and ask them about…everything.

If none of that works for you, then contact support (link at the top left) by creating a support ticket. They’ll be able to help you find everything.
