Hi, since yesterday I and 1000s of other Mac players are unable to install or play the game any more. I download the fresh install file .dmg from GW2 website, after installing and double clicking GW2 icon, nothing happens. No error message, nothing. You have to kill the process in activity monitor by hand, because it stays open and freezes.
I also had a previous game install and it worked fine for last month, in general, however overnight I am unable to launch that client with my machine, exiting after 5 seconds with following error message.
Looks like the March 16th patch completely broke the client and Mac users are unable to play the game, because it’s not only me!
My setup:
Mac Pro
OSX 10.10.2 Yosemite
16 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC
2 × 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024 MB
