Did i miss something, when was Halloween in game? Or is this for his miniature?

It seems like almost all dialog and player noises are missing from game right now. I am not hearing shouts while in combat from other players, I am no longer hearing the screams when falling, etc.

Aww okay then! The way your OP is worded it sounded like you where actually talking to the mad king! Does that speak? i threw mine into my bank and never bothered equipping it…very odd!
